Vinyl Dipping

Vinyl dip molding provides low tooling costs, inexpensive prototypes and short lead times on production tooling.

Our vinyl products include round, rectangular and hex vinyl caps, flange covers, push-in plugs, and paint shields.

Rotonics has a wide variety of durable, high-quality plastisol vinyl caps and covers, all of which are available in custom colors and materials tailored to your applications.

Vinyl dip molded parts are used for protection, identifications, and as paint shields.

Dip molded vinyl is soft and conformable and easily accommodates threads and irregular shapes.

Our vinyl products are rugged and reuseable, and will not split or crack in heat or sunlight.

On-site secondary operations provide complete, ready-to-use, finished components.
